NOTICE DURING COVID-19

WE REMAIN COMMITTED
TO OUR PATIENTS

With the current global health pandemic, Sanofi and Regeneron would like to further emphasize our commitment to patients. As COVID-19 remains a serious concern, we are continuing to closely monitor the latest guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure that we have the most up-to-date health and safety guidance in place.

WE UNDERSTAND YOU'LL HAVE QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS

As always, your healthcare provider is the best resource for medical advice and any questions you may have. Speak with your healthcare provider before making any change to your treatment regimen and discuss the potential benefits and the risks of taking DUPIXENT.

TELEMEDICINE
MAY BE AN OPTION

If you need to connect with your healthcare provider, see if they provide telemedicine options. You can get answers to questions about your condition and DUPIXENT.

DUPIXENT MyWay®
MAY BE ABLE TO HELP

Address Your Financial
Assistance Concerns

We understand that you may have concerns about paying for your treatment. If you are commercially insured and experience a change or loss in coverage, DUPIXENT MyWay may be able to help. You can call 1-844-DUPIXENT (1-844-387-4936) and we will review your specific eligibility during this time.

Supplemental Injection
Support is Still Available

We are temporarily suspending in-person supplemental injection support. However, our Nurse Educators are available to provide supplemental injection training over the phone or by scheduling virtual injection training to patients or caregivers who may need help with the injection process. DUPIXENT is an injection under the skin (subcutaneous injection). You can also watch an educational video or download instructions on how to inject DUPIXENT.*

Nursing, coverage, and financial support resources remain available through the DUPIXENT MyWay® patient support program. 1-844-DUPIXENT (1-844-387-4936).

*In children 12 years of age and older, it is recommended that DUPIXENT be administered by or under supervision of an adult. In children younger than 12 years of age, DUPIXENT should be given by a caregiver.

HOW DUPIXENT WORKS

DUPIXENT blocks two key sources of underlying inflammation contributing to your condition and is not an immunosuppressant.

OUR THOUGHTS ARE WITH
THOSE AFFECTED BY THE
CORONAVIRUS.

The health and safety of our customers and patients are always the most important priority for us. We will continue to closely monitor this situation which has affected so many across the globe, and continue to evaluate our current support offerings.
