DUPIXENT is a biologic medication indicated for the treatment of 8 conditions:

• Uncontrolled moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis or AD) for ages 6+ months
• Add-on maintenance treatment for uncontrolled moderate-to-severe eosinophilic or oral steroid dependent asthma for
  ages 6+ years
  • DUPIXENT is not used to relieve sudden breathing problems and will not replace an inhaled rescue medicine.
• Add-on maintenance treatment for inadequately controlled chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with high blood eosinophils for ages 18+ years
  • DUPIXENT is not used to relieve sudden breathing problems and will not replace an inhaled rescue medicine.
• Add-on maintenance treatment for uncontrolled chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) for ages 12+ years
• Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) for ages 1+ years, who weigh at least 33 lb (15 kg)
• Prurigo nodularis (PN) for ages 18+ years
• Chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) with hives not controlled by H1 antihistamines for ages 12+ years
  • DUPIXENT is not used to treat any other forms of hives (urticaria).
• Bullous pemphigoid (BP) for ages 18+ years
