DUPIXENT in combination with a topical corticosteroid (TCS) was studied in a 16-week clinical trail with 162 patients ages 6 months to 5 years with moderate-to-severe eczema not adequately controlled with topical prescription treatments.

The safety results of DUPIXENT plus topical corticosteroids observed in children aged 6 months to 5 years were consistent with what was seen in adults, adolescents and children ages 6-11 with atopic dermatitis. The most common side effects in patients with atopic dermatitis include injection site reactions, eye and eyelid inflammation, including redness, swelling, and itching, sometimes with blurred vision, and cold sores in your mouth or on your lips.
Your healthcare provider will tell you how much DUPIXENT to. inject and how often. Children 11-32 lbs take 200 mg every 4 weeks; children 33-65 lbs take 300 mg every 4 weeks. For children 6 months to 5 years of age with atopic dermatitis, no initial loading dose is recommended
